When one is thinking of a morning drink, or a drink that can maintain chills while doing other things thoughts of coffee drink come into mind, however coffee alternative drinks are also available some are ;tea, blended smooth nuts, licorice tea , wheat grass juice, Ginseng tea, mushroom tea and carob tea.

One common used a drink after tea is green tea which is made from leaves grinned after drying thus made to be in powder form. The drink can be made sweeter by adding chemicals or sugar; its advantageous when no chemicals are used because it helps regulate body and blood pressure.

Nutty drinks like blended drinks are rich in fiber and vitamins and other nutrients like keratin that is helpful in nourishing hair, nails and for body building as its part of protein nutrients. Blended nuts are being added in food supplements for athletes to ensure the nutrients help them get to their maximum athletic potential like people who do weights.

Licorice tea is an alternative that is new in many markets, sweet taste and spicy smell is making it to be used by many people today. Some of its benefits include balancing male reproductive hormone quantity in a humans body and cooling adrenaline rush effects,

In New-Zealand and Canada wheat grass at its young stage is used to blend juice that boosts vitamins in blood system. Being soft tasting in nature and of slow viscous, making one to enjoy sweet feeling as it flows down to be digested. Having a sweet taste makes it to be used in adding flavor to supplement pills and drinks,

Siberian people use Siberian tea which to them is better than many drinks. Medical personnel found out that these tea is good in maintaining blood pressure and keeps a user awake, due to this findings Siberian people use it when feeling strained and when they are preparing to work long nights. Siberian people have testified how helpful this drink is to them, and when tourist visits they prepare some for them. Siberian tea is part of their cultural heritage, and when cooked by Siberians away from home they get a feeling of home.

Mushroom tea has been in use for a longtime mainly be east Asian counties like Chinese and Japanese; many foreign visitors to these countries do not like how these tea tastes but in medical field, mushroom tea is good to relieve back pains and bone distress, this is why it is prescribed for old people in China,

Chai, an Indian drink made of milk water and cinnamon combination, In India milk is a key ingredient for cooking drinks, milk is notorious, being a protein it facilitates replacement of broke down tissues . Cinnamon is used a spice which creates a pleasant smell attracting people to use these drink. In many cases cocoa powder can be used to enhance quality of this drink. Cocoa powder can be used even in absence of milk by using only water to prepare a drink.
