Microsoft Powerpoint or other powerpoint programs are often used if one would want to make a presentation for a business meeting or for class. However, slides are a little bit boring and are not very interactive to the audience. So for the sake of making a better presentation, one should actually learn how to make a prezi powerpoint.
Now for those who do not know, prezi is an online program that allows users to create fantastic presentations with the use of the features. So all one has to do is go to the website and check it out. If one would want to use the program, then he would first have to register as a member there otherwise he will not be able to use it.
Now one will notice that there are three membership types that one can choose to sign up to. Now the three account types are differentiated by their prices and also by the features they would offer to the users. Of course if one would want an account with the full benefits, then he would of course choose the most expensive but if he cannot afford, he may go for the free one.
Now once one has already chosen which type of account he wants, then he may open up the program. Now the very first step in here is to boot the Prezi editor and click on New Presentation. When done, the website will forward the user to another page where he can do a little designing.
Now in this page, he will be prompted to design the layout. Now the great thing about this program is that the layout is not linear like that of the Microsoft kind. The layout of slides can actually move from side to side, back to front, or even diagonally depending on what the user chooses.
Now after that step has already been done, he will then be prompted to select a theme out of the choices. Now this program has a lot of templates that one can choose from depending on what his artistic tastes would tell him. Now once he has already done that, he will then proceed to put some more objects and other things to make the presentation nice.
Now there a lot of objects that one can add like text boxes, pictures, shapes, and other things that one can find in the regular Microsoft Powerpoint. So one can add as many as he can in order to beautify his presentation. From there, he can then go to the path editor in order to fix the way the frames would be moving.
Now the path editor is there so that the user can be able to choose what effects would be used when the frames would move. Once he has already decided on that, then he may save his presentation. Once he has already saved it to his desktop, then he may open it anytime he wants and then he can present it to his audience. If he would want, he can even download the Prezi app on his Ipad or Android if he has a small audience to present to.
